Refund policy
RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
UK Customers (5th Scents Perfumes, Flawless Skincare, Home & Lifestyle): 14-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened (for perfumes and skincare), in original packaging with all tags attached.
Verocity Print-on-Demand Clothing: Returns accepted only for defective or damaged items. Custom printed apparel cannot be returned for change of mind.
DC Concept Furniture: 30-day return window for unused, new furniture items in original packaging. Customised or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
International (EU): 14-day return window (EU consumer rights). Items must be new, unused, in original packaging.
RESTOCKING FEES
No restocking fees apply to any returns. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns across all product categories and markets.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
UK Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You must arrange and pay for return postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels for domestic UK returns.
EU Returns: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective. Any customs fees incurred during the return process are also the customer's responsibility. Duties and taxes are refunded for EU DDP orders.
DC Concept Furniture Returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be arranged at the customer's expense. Due to the size and weight of furniture items, return shipping costs may be substantial. Please contact us for guidance before arranging return shipping.
Defective/Damaged Items (All Markets): If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping costs upon proof of postage.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return to the original payment method. For defective Verocity items, a replacement or refund is issued after inspection. No restocking fees are deducted from refunds.

Pack items securely in original packaging. Arrange and pay for return shipping (unless item is defective). Send us tracking information once shipped.
